Baker Simmons, Attorneys and Counsellors at Law, has served Washington D.C. since 1992. We are a Black-owned, classic litigation boutique representing federal workers, licensed professionals, nonprofits, and individuals who have been discriminated against, retaliated against, or wrongfully harmed.
Our firm's primary clientele includes closely held corporations, non-profits, fraternal organizations, churches, licensed professionals, entrepreneurs, and federal workers in disputes with the U.S. Government. We represent our clients before D.C. and Virginia state and federal courts, the EEOC, MSPB, and DOHA.
We have an excellent reputation for thoroughness and completeness, and for securing effective outcomes at arbitration, conciliation, mediation, and trial.
